01Scope and statements of work
Each engagement is defined by a written statement of work covering deliverables, milestones, timelines, assumptions, and commercial terms. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

These terms govern proposals, statements of work, and engineering engagements with GrowBig IT unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

02Payments and milestones
Projects typically begin with a deposit and are invoiced against agreed milestones. Retainers are billed in advance. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice; late balances may pause delivery until resolved.
03Refund Policy
Digital products and downloadable source kits include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product does not match its published specification, contact hello@growbigit.com within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We will review the delivery and issue a full refund to the original payment method when the claim is valid. Custom engineering engagements, completed milestones, and third-party licenses are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, and access to the associated license key and private repository may be revoked when the refund is issued.
04Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to stakeholders, content, accounts, and systems required for delivery. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift timelines. Clients are responsible for the legality of materials they supply.
05Intellectual property
On full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks, which remain licensed for use within the deliverable.
06Confidentiality and liability
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the engagement. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement, except where law prohibits such limitation.
