We collect contact details you submit through forms or email, project information required to prepare a proposal, and standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, and request path. We do not buy personal data or scrape third-party lists.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, deliver contracted work, issue invoices, and maintain security. We may send service updates related to an active engagement. Marketing emails are only sent with explicit opt-in.
Project records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy accounting and legal obligations. Access is limited to team members who need it to deliver or support the work.
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, email, payments, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@growbigit.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period and will explain any legal retention requirement that applies.
